Our process
Four focused stages carry the project from direction to an approved launch.
Confirm goals, content, customer actions, and scope.
Build the approved website with accurate information and licensed assets.
Test mobile layout, links, forms, and included revisions.
Connect the domain, retest, and publish after approval.
Before we begin
The written proposal, scope of work, or service agreement will confirm every final detail. These answers cover the questions most businesses ask first.
Starter sites typically target 1-2 weeks, Growth 2-3 weeks, and Pro 3-4 weeks after the deposit, complete content, access, and direction are received. Integrated, custom, and ecommerce projects use phased schedules.
Yes. An approved informational website may launch first - often within 2-4 weeks - while unfinished booking, payment, account, database, or automation features remain private until testing and approval are complete.
Yes. Client-owned domain, hosting, and provider accounts are used when practical. Connection requirements are confirmed in the written scope.
One revision round is one consolidated change list refining the approved scope. New direction, pages, or functionality are quoted separately. Correcting a defect is not counted as a revision.
Approved custom deliverables transfer after final payment. Provider software, fonts, and licensed media remain subject to their own terms. The domain and, when practical, hosting remain in the client's name.
Website Care is optional for standard sites. Integration, custom-system, and ecommerce care is required while Bilenki Studio actively manages those systems. Hourly support is available under the terms stated for each tier.
No. Foundational SEO and Search Console support discoverability, but rankings, indexing, calls, and revenue depend on Google, competition, content, reviews, location, and ongoing business activity.
The signed proposal, scope of work, or service agreement confirms the exact pages, functionality, milestones, responsibilities, exclusions, schedule, care requirements, third-party costs, and final price.
